first of all welcome @ Agilewire !!
This blog came up as a result of following quite an interesting Certified ScrumMaster training given by Lyssa Adkins @ Amsterdam.

Seperately we are 7 individuals who were on a mission to improve our knowledge and skills about Agile and Scrum to implement it at the best possible way.
During the training we became a development group exploring the wonderous and fantastic Scrum World….

Together we decided to start a blog to share our experiences with Scrum from the startup phase at our companies.

We’ll try to tell something about the successes and downfalls we encouter when using Scrum or other Agile techniques!
If we get stuck …… Let’s hope Lyssa can give us some splendid advice
